Since the iLearn project was formally launched in February, over 50 members of the voluntary and community sector across Greater Manchester have taken an interest.  iLearn represents a great way of improving the skill base of the sector at little or no cost to both volunteers and paid workers:

If you work or volunteer in the sector and you want to take advantage of this incredible opportunity to increase your skill levels please contact Stuart Vaughan by any of the contact methods below or take a look at the iLearn flyer.

"The iLearn Coaching Course was a really excellent introduction to coaching! The sessions were structured to give me practical coaching practice which was embedded in really lively management theory. Working in the third sector it's so unusual to find an accredited training course on this subject".  Nancy Brown, Network Co-ordinator, Target: Wellbeing, Groundwork Northwest

‘Through my shadowing placement at Indigo, I was able to solve some problems I had been having, learn some new tips, and gain new design ideas.  They also offered to give me further help and support if I need it.  I have since put together a newsletter and used what I learnt.  I have also received over the phone support to add a new feature I had not done before. It is great to know that I could call or email them for more help.’  Hannah Powell, T3SC.
