Bolton and District Citizens Advice Bureau
Free confidential, impartial and independent advice and information on a wide range of subjects.
Every Citizens Advice Bureau is reliant on volunteers and they offer full-training and work experience in exchange for a commitment of time each week. Once qualified, volunteers can advise, support and take part in social policy work.
Advice and information
Helping individuals to face any problems that they may have through face-to-face advice, outreach services, email or by telephone. In particular they offer advice on benefits, debt, family, housing, employment, consumer issues, legal and immigration advice.
Social Policy and representation
Using their expertise and links to influence local and national policy makers.
Information and communication
Online advice, including community language podcasts, for you to access and download for free.
