Information to support the development of the BME voluntary and community groups in Manchester.
Manchester BME Network
This quarterly network is for people working in and involved with the BME Voluntary and community sector (VCS) in Manchester. It focuses on key issues for BME communities and the services they receive (it currently has around 200 member organisations). The network provides a voice for voluntary groups, highlights the needs of local communities, develops greater understanding of key issues, and influences decision making.
Manchester Asian Parent Carers group
Information and advice, carer breaks and other individual and group support services to parents and carers of disabled children from Manchester’s Asian communities, to promote parent carers’ personal development and independence.
Greater Manchester BME Network
MCCR also host networking opportunities and infrastructure support to BME voluntary and community organisations across Greater Manchester.
